Campus Discipline, Boarding House Regulations & Anti-Ragging Policy

Fostering Integrity, Respect & Safety

At ITM Global School, discipline is viewed as the bedrock of character formation and academic achievement. We uphold the highest standards of safety, mutual respect, and ethical conduct.

General Student Code of Conduct

  • Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for morning assemblies, classroom lessons, sports practices, and examinations.
  • Dress Code & Uniform: Complete, neat, and prescribed school uniform must be worn on all working days and official school functions.
  • Language & Courtesy: English is the primary medium of campus communication. Students are expected to use polite and courteous language with peers, faculty, and support staff.
  • Property Care: Respect for school infrastructure, smart classrooms, sports gear, and laboratory equipment is mandatory. Any deliberate damage will attract restitution and disciplinary measures.
  • Academic Honesty: Plagiarism, cheating in examinations, or misrepresentation of academic submissions is strictly prohibited.

Residential & Boarding House Rules

  • Daily Routine: Boarders must adhere strictly to the boarding house schedule (morning fitness, study prep hours, meal timings, and lights-out).
  • Gadget & Mobile Policy: Smart devices are regulated and permitted only during designated calling/prep hours under warden supervision.
  • Leave & Outing: Boarders are allowed local outings or home visits only on scheduled weekends with prior written authorization from parents/guardians.
  • Room Hygiene: Rooms, dormitories, and study desks must be kept clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
  • Visitors: Only authorized parents/guardians listed during admission may meet students in the visitor lounge during designated visiting hours.

Zero-Tolerance Anti-Ragging Policy

  • Absolute Prohibition: Ragging, intimidation, physical bullying, verbal harassment, or teasing of any form is strictly banned on campus, in boarding houses, and on school buses.
  • Disciplinary Consequences: Any student found engaging in or abetting ragging will face immediate suspension, boarding house expulsion, or cancellation of admission as per CBSE & Supreme Court guidelines.
  • Child Protection Committee (CPC): Dedicated committee comprising the Principal, Senior Wardens, Counsellor, and Parent representatives to investigate any grievances.
  • Confidential Reporting: Anonymous reporting boxes and 24/7 internal grievance channels ensure prompt and safe reporting for every child.

Cyber Safety & Digital Decorum

  • Firewalled Campus Network: Campus Wi-Fi and computer labs are protected with enterprise-grade web filtering and monitoring.
  • Social Media Guidelines: Defamatory posts, cyberbullying, or unauthorized use of school insignia/photographs on social platforms is prohibited.
  • Safe Device Usage: Laptops and tablets in academic labs may only be used for approved educational research and LMS assignments.
