Strict Gate Regulation: Those students who report to school late beyond the stipulated time given above will not be allowed to enter the school premises. After two late arrivals, the parents will be called to school for an official counseling meeting.
Leaves are granted only in case of genuine emergencies. Leave application addressed to the Principal must reach the grade teacher one day in advance. In unavoidable circumstances, it can be sent on the next day.
All leave applications must be formally signed by the parent or legal guardian with valid contact details for verification.
Leave on medical grounds must be supported by an authentic medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner, along with diagnostic test reports and medicine prescriptions.
Students suffering from contagious or infectious illnesses must not attend classes until fully recovered and certified fit by a medical practitioner.
The attendance for the academic year should not be less than 75% of total working days. Students failing to maintain this will not be allowed to sit for final examinations and may not be promoted.
Grade 10th and 12th students require a minimum 75% cumulative attendance from Grade 9 and 11 respectively to sit for Board Exams. CBSE/Cambridge Admit Cards will not be issued if attendance falls below 75%.
Periodic official intimation notices and SMS/portal alerts will be issued to parents regarding attendance shortage to avoid last-minute disqualification.
Absence from school for twenty (20) consecutive working days without an approved leave application will result in removal of the student’s name from school rolls. Formal re-admission will be required thereafter.
